TermsCreative Rights and Use
+ I reserve the right to use commissioned works for portfolio purposes
+ Unless stated from the comissioner, I can post finished works (Social media, Youtube, etc.)
+ Intellectual Property (IP) of original designs belong to the Original CreatorsClient Usage
+ Clients may NOT use for commerical sale (NFT, selling print, etc.)
+ Clients may put works on social media as long as it has credit
+ Do NOT trace or edit with the intention of making it your own work
+ Please do NOT feed my work to any AI system, by making a commission you are stating you will follow by that rulePayment (USD)
+ Through paypal, venmo, cashapp, zelle
+ Nonrefundable after sketch/WIP is approved
+ Preferred payments are upfront and full, but MINIMUM 50% payment after sketch approval-completed commission will be notified, but not sent until full is paidDeadline
+ Client should expect work within 1-6 weeks depending on what type
+ Additional $10 if needed under a week, seen as a rushed comm
